Railroad grade Waltham 21 Jewel model 845. Size 18s.
 
The case is by Keystone, base metal with die-stamp engraving to rear cover. Screw on front and rear, both covers screw on and off with ease. No dings, dents or scratches, no signs of wear.
 
Lever set and crown wind the lever being at the 1 O'clock position under the screw off front cover. Pull the lever out to set time and push back in when done. 
 
Nice double sunk dial, signed "WALTHAM". Blued steel hands, Arabic numerals. Red chapter ring minutes.
 
Mineral glass crystal in perfect condition.
 
The full plate 1845 movement is in very good condition, damascened , 21 jewels, gold chatons and balance screws.
 
Fully serviced, running well and keeping good time. Serviced including modern alloy mainspring.

Serviced.
Servicing is defined as the piece being disassembled, cleaned, inspected and adjusted if necessary. It is then re-assembled and correctly oiled, timed for accuracy and adjusted if required. The mainspring will be replaced with a modern alloy type and the piece will be bench-tested for at least one day.
 
Statement.
I restore all of my watches to a fully working condition. It is my aim to provide a watch that is not only running but working to a usable state. My watches can be worn and used for their intended purpose on a daily basis. The time keeping should certainly be within +- 5 minutes per 24 hours but I aim for +-3 or better.
