Antique Victorian Waltham full hunter pocket watch. Dates to 1893 making it 131 years old.

A very handsome 1888 in a 10ct gold filled case. No personalised engravings or monograms. The front and rear covers open to 90 degrees, good hinges. Front cover pops open with a depression of the crown, as it should. The case has some minor marks but nothing to distract from the overall appearance.
Good condition for a 131 year old watch.
Crown set and wind, pull the crown out to set the time.
The dial is bright and clean, has a faint hairline through sub seconds dial. Roman numerals and signed "A.W.W.Co Waltham Mass".
Blued steel hands.
Mineral glass crystals to front and inner.
The movement is a Waltham model 1888 dating to 1893. Recently fully serviced including modern alloy mainspring. Tested, runs well and keeps good time. There is an additional case screw added, none standard.
With single 18k gold plated trombone link Albert chain with red onyx spinner fob.
Presented in a luxury pocket watch fitted case with recess for the chain.
Great for wedding, graduation, retirement, Christmas, Fathers day or birthday present. A very nice piece.
Serviced.
Servicing is defined as the piece being disassembled, cleaned, inspected and adjusted if necessary. It is then re-assembled and correctly oiled, timed for accuracy and adjusted if required. The mainspring will be replaced with a modern alloy type and the piece will be bench-tested for at least one day.
Statement.
I restore all of my watches to a fully working condition. It is my aim to provide a watch that is not only running but working to a usable state. My watches can be worn and used for their intended purpose on a daily basis. The time keeping should certainly be within +- 5 minutes per 24 hours but I aim for +-3 or better.
