Solid .800 silver, full hunter, Omega pocket watch with solid 925 silver Albert chain with stone fob.
5cm (50mm) across the case. This is a very nice condition, perfectly working Omega pocket watch.
Omega signed case in 800 swiss silver, hallmarked for the German market.
Some minor dings (nothing too bad and not distracting), no scratches. This would have had an engine turned pattern to front and rear, this has worn away leaving just the vacant cartouche to front center. All covers open and close well, all hinges are good, front cover pops open with a depression of the crown button, as it should. All covers open to 90 degrees.
Mineral glass crystal in perfect condition.
Bright and clean dial, no hairline cracks or chips. Arabic numbering, blued steel hands.
The movement is signed Omega and dates to c1930, cleaned and fully serviced including a modern alloy mainspring. Runs very well and keeps good time. 15 Jewels.
Presented in a fitted velvet pocket watch box with brass trim. Complete with a 50 gram, solid 925 heavy weight 7mm curb link silver Albert chain (hallmarked 925 silver) and conical blue stone fob. Supplied with a velvet pouch for the chain and silver cleaning cloth.
Great for wedding, graduation, retirement, Christmas, Fathers day or birthday present. A very nice piece. Recently Fully Serviced.
Servicing is defined as the piece being disassembled, cleaned, inspected and adjusted if necessary. It is then re-assembled and correctly oiled, timed for accuracy and adjusted if required. Bench-tested for at least one day. A modern alloy "unbreakable" mainspring is fitted.
I restore all of my watches to a fully working condition. It is my aim to provide a watch that is not only running but working to a usable state. My watches can be worn and used for their intended purpose on a daily basis. The time keeping should certainly be within +- 5 minuted per 24 hours but I aim for +-3 or better. I do offer guarantees, the details of which can be found on my website for Time Pocket Watches. I have many years experience and a vast catalogue of Waltham spares and parts.
My highly detailed photographs show the watch in detail, this level of detail is not normally seen by the naked eye. The watch will look even better in real life.
