The case by Dennison is sterling silver hallmarked Birmingham 1918. In good condition, some very slight marks commensurate with age, no major scratches, some minor signs of wear. Engine turned pattern with coin edge. Vacant Cartouche to rear. The front cover pops open with a depression of the crown, as it should. Front and rear covers open to 90 degrees. All hinges are good.
Mineral glass crystals in perfect condition.
The dial is bright and clean, no hairline cracks or chips. Black Roman Numerals, blued steel hands.
Model 1908 dated to 1918, 15 jewel movement, beautifully damascened, gold centre wheel.
The Albert chain is all solid sterling silver and is fitted with a silver fob. Round graduated curb links, 30cm long from T bar to end of clip. Hallmarked for sterling silver, Birmingham 1901 for chain and 1934 for fob. 51 grams total weight.
Fully serviced including modern alloy "unbreakable" mainspring. Keeping good time.

Servicing is defined as the piece being disassembled, cleaned, inspected and adjusted if necessary. It is then re-assembled and correctly oiled, timed for accuracy and adjusted if required. The mainspring will be replaced and the piece will be bench-tested for at least one day.
I restore all of my watches to a fully working condition. It is my aim to provide a watch that is not only running but working to a usable state. My watches can be worn and used for their intended purpose on a daily basis. The time keeping should certainly be within +- 5 minutes per 24 hours but I aim for +-3 or better.
