The spinners you receive may not be exactly as pictured due to slight variation in the natural stones used, however, they will be very similar.
 
The stones are 2 cm across, the spinner setting is 2.4 cm across and the over all width including the outer rigid chain is 3cm. See the comparison to a UK 1 pound coin in photo 3.
 
The core of this is steel, the outer coating is PVD.
