PAYMENT TERMS:

Payment is required at the latest within 2 days of the date of invoicing. Please contact us within that period therefore if you have any problems with payment to see if we can sort things out - there are many reasons why a buyer is unable to pay within the specified period but we can do nothing if we are not notified that there is a problem. If neither payment nor satisfactory contact from the buyer is made within 2 days, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item for sale.

INTERNATIONAL SALES:

Items may be subject to a customs fee or local tax levy for international sales. International buyers are responsible for any import duty and/or taxes levied by the destination country. We will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred for such situations. Please check with the relevant authorities in your location.

POSTAGE:

Most of the items on sale within the UK are sent with Free Shipping. Please contact us to enquire BEFORE THE SALE about the cost of shipping to your area and/or whether the item is available internationally and/or, for UK sales, if you require expedited dispatch/shipping.

International buyers should note that we are NOT prepared to ship items via surface mail because of the number of scams with regard to this method of shipping. We are happy to combine postage where appropriate.

Please also see note below under Shipping re "lost" items.

WARRANTY:

Warranty period for watches is for 1 year (365 days) from delivery of the product. A warranty card will be enclosed with your watch, please keep this in a safe place as it is vital it be included in the event of a warranty claim return. Warranty is for parts and labour for any mechanical breakdown, it does not include damage (whether accidental or malicious). Returned watches are inspected upon return, if it is found to be deliberately damaged to invoke a warranty return, it will be deemed void and returned to the buyer.

I take pride in my work and will never knowingly sell sub-par or faulty pieces. I guarantee all my watches for a standard 1 year but often will help way past this point. I would not like to see a customer with a watch purchased from me that is not in good working order. I can often repair at cost or for just the return postage.

None of the above effects your statutory rights as a buyer.
