Dragon Blood Stone, or Dragon's Blood Jasper, is a vibrant green chalcedony (microcrystalline quartz) with red or reddish-brown veins and spots, often found in Australia and South Africa, named for its resemblance to dragon skin and blood, believed in lore to boost courage, vitality, and life force, and used in healing for grounding and passion. Its distinctive look comes from minerals like Fuchsite (green) and Jasper (red) or Epidote, creating unique patterns for jewellery and meditation.  
 
Red onyx is a striking, richly coloured banded chalcedony (a form of quartz) known for its warm red, orange, and gold hues with natural veining, prized in jewellery, décor (like countertops/cladding), and believed to offer grounding, confidence, and protection in metaphysical practices.
 
Due to subtle differences in the natural stone, you will receive a stone very similar to the one pictured but not in the exact pattern and will have slight colour variations.
