The case is a gold filled and guaranteed to last 5 years (from time of manufacture). In used condition, some marks commensurate with, no major scratches, shows signs of wear to rear cover. Rear cover close well, front cover is a snap on.

 

Mineral glass crystal in superb condition.

 

The dial is bright and clean, has a faint hairline crack from 11-12 O'clock to 4 O'clock area.

 

Black Roman numerals, blued steel hands.

 

Model 1888 7 jewel, dated to 1894.

 

Fully serviced including modern alloy "unbreakable" mainspring.

 

Keeping good time.

 

No chain included, the chain in the picture is to show what the watch looks like with one of my 18k trombone link Albert chains.

 

Servicing is defined as the piece being disassembled, cleaned, inspected and adjusted if necessary. It is then re-assembled and correctly oiled, timed for accuracy and adjusted if required. The mainspring will be replaced and the piece will be bench-tested for at least one day.
